1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dry Fruit Farm website, mobile experiences, online

ordering services and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website, creating an

account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Dry Fruit Farm is a brand operated by Chirasvi Retail Private Limited (“Dry Fruit Farm”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you do

not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order. If you are

under 18, use of the website and purchases should be made with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal

guardian.

You are responsible for keeping account, delivery and contact information accurate and up to date. You are

responsible for activity carried out through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Products, Availability and Product Information

We sell dry fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, dates, mixes, snacks, gift boxes and related food products. Product images are

for representation and packaging, appearance, colour and presentation may vary slightly.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, pack sizes and availability

accurate. In the event of an inadvertent error, we reserve the right to correct the information and, where appropriate,

cancel or amend an affected order.

Food products may have natural variation in size, colour, texture and taste. Such natural variation is not by itself a

product defect.

4. Pricing, Offers and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before order confirmation.

Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may have separate eligibility conditions, validity periods, product

exclusions or usage limits. We may withdraw or modify an offer where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by a material error, we may

contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and process any applicable refund.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation or payment

acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted for dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, suspected fraud or misuse,

incorrect pricing, duplicate orders, delivery restrictions, operational constraints, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable

payment method or as otherwise communicated.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and other supported payment methods. You

agree to provide valid and authorised payment information.

We do not store full payment-card information on our systems unless expressly stated and lawfully permitted. Payment

processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment service provider.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of location, courier availability, weather,

public holidays, peak-season demand or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. Additional delivery

charges or delays caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt may be applicable.

Risk in the products generally passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in the order, subject to applicable

law and the specific return/refund rights described in our policies.

8. Food Safety, Allergens and Storage

Please read the product label, ingredient declaration, allergen information and storage instructions before

consumption. Customers with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should exercise appropriate caution.

Products should be stored as instructed on the packaging. Once a sealed food product has been opened, its shelf life

and quality may be affected by storage conditions.

Do not consume a product if the packaging is materially damaged, tampered with, swollen, leaking or otherwise

appears unsafe. Contact us promptly with the order and batch details.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy published on

the website. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Because many of our products are food items, returns are generally limited to eligible cases such as damage in transit,

wrong product, expired product, defective product or another issue accepted under the applicable policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, logos, photographs, product images, graphics, text, layouts, software, designs and other

content on the website are owned by or licensed to Chirasvi Retail Private Limited or the relevant rights holder.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish,

modify, distribute, sell, scrape, frame or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

11. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and

that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt such content for

legitimate business, marketing and service-improvement purposes, subject to applicable law.

Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to impersonate another person, to interfere with website security, to

introduce malicious code, to scrape data without permission, to attempt unauthorised access, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chirasvi Retail Private Limited and its

officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use

of the Services, breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdiction available

to you, disputes relating to the Services shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Jodhpur,

Rajasthan.
