At Dry Fruit Farm (DFF), we are committed to delivering your orders fresh, hygienically packed, and on time. We partner with reliable nationwide logistics partners to ensure safe delivery across India.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499.
• For orders under ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select pincodes with an additional service fee of ₹40.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location:
• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days.
• Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may be affected by public holidays, festivals, weather, or other operational issues.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this information to track your shipment in real-time.
